Product Description
This FstSort peach weight grader comprises an elevator and an electronic weighing grader. Peaches are fed into the elevator, which lifts them evenly while allowing operators to manually remove any defective fruit. The peaches then advance onto an aligning conveyor that delivers them, one by one, into the trays of the electronic sorter. Load cells measure the exact weight of each peach; the PLC compares this value with the preset weight ranges and actuates the appropriate discharge gates, letting each peach drop out of its designated outlet.
